This person will then have the option to remote control the presenters device or selected application until another person is assigned control or the presenter stops allow control for the participant. To restrict access, it’s also possible to allow control only to a certain application (like Photoshop, Word document etc).Assign the permission1) To give a participant the Allow control permission, the presenter needs to open the List view showing all particpants.2) Then click on the 3 dots next to the person whom should be allowed control and click on the allow control optionAlternatively, in the Media view, the presenter can click on the participant's name and Allow control from the menu displayed.
